Refund policy

At QTRIOX, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our policy carefully before requesting a refund or replacement.

1. Order Issues

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


2. Return or Replacement Process

Customer → Contact QTRIOX Support → Case Review → Supplier Verification → Resolution Approved → Refund or Replacement Issued

Customers must provide:

  • Order Number

  • Email Address

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue


3. Replacement (Resend)

A replacement will be provided if:

  • Product is damaged during shipping

  • Wrong item received

  • Package lost in transit

Replacement shipping is free after approval.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued when:

  • Product cannot be delivered

  • Item is defective

  • Replacement is unavailable

  • Order is cancelled before shipment

Refunds are sent back to the original payment method.

Refund timeline:

  • Approval: 2–5 business days

  • Processing: 3–7 business days


5. Returns

Customers must NOT return items without approval.

If a return is required, QTRIOX will provide the correct return instructions or return address.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
